I'm Joy Nwaiwu, a community and communications specialist who has spent years helping brands, governments, and startups build communities that don't just grow, but actually stick.
From Silicon Valley companies to large-scale national tech initiatives, I bring a data-driven, people-first approach to every community I touch. I care deeply about representation, inclusion, and making sure community work translates into real outcomes for real people.

Responsible for engagement strategy, alumni programming, and moderated live sessions that guided thousands of fellows through their learning journeys.

Responsible for growing the newsletter on Substack, publishing content, and building an engaged community ahead of launch.
